I have dedicated over three decades to ministry, beginning as a volunteer and evolving through a multitude of roles. From supporting the resource room and managing church inventory to enriching children’s ministry, overseeing the bookstore and café, and assisting first-time guest teams, ushers, and administrative operations, my journey has been both diverse and transformative. Along the way, I have assumed leadership roles as an elder, a general contractor for building projects, and as an executive pastor—each experience deepening my expertise in leadership development, team building, and other vital aspects of ministry.
